Definition of terms
SISBON - Data exchange system on individuals indebtedness in accordance with the Central Credit Register ACT (the CCRA).
SISBON system operator
As of December 10, 2016 onwards, the Bank of Slovenia manages the SISBON system in accordance with the Central Credit Registry Act. Together with Data proccesor manage and ensure the SISBON proper operation and software operation and its physical end electronic protection.
Data processor is a legal entity that processes personal data on behalf and for the SISBON system operator. It enables proper operational functioning of SISBON, which means the functioning of the hardware and software, and its physical and electronic security in accordance with Data Protection Act and CCRA. Data processor has no right to aquire on individuals data in SISBON.
The individual is an identified or identifiable natural person to whom personal data relates to and is not an entrepreneur or legal entity.
Personal data is any data related to individuals, regardless of the form in which it is expressed. All data obtained and reported in SISBON is strictly confidential and for the whole system, in accordance with the CCRA and Data Protection Act, subject to professional secrecy.
Processing of Personal Data means any operation or set of operations which is performed in connection with personal data, which is subject to automated processing, or manual processing of personal data collection, or is intended for inclusion in the collection of personal data, in particular in the collection, entry, editing, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, communication, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or integration, blocking, anonymizing, erasure or destruction. Processing can be either manual or automated (means of processing).
Members of SISBON - entities referred to in the second and third paragraphs of Article 15 of the CCRA.
Other creditors under Consumer Credit Act - entities referred to in the third paragraph of Article 19 of the CCRA.
